9. Several here in PA
Although with less enthusiasm than in the last election. Some are pretty peeved about the attempts to keep him off the ballot, and I think that swung them over.

10. yes.
all of them are young voters who went to college with me. They are in several states.

He is not as popular as last election though. Last election I was in college, and if the election had of been on campus only Nader would have won easily and would be our pres now. He is extremely popular among the younger voters. But a little bit less so this year.

is probably going to vote for Nader.

17. No, but my wife met visited with a couple of old friends in Florida
last week. The man who voted for Nader last time and will vote for Bush this time. Reason: Kerry scares him (no further info available at this time on bizarre statement)
The woman is evangelical and verbally supports the "Christian" Bush but probably won't vote. (it's not important to her life)

Just another little anecdote.

what a waste, try reading Mike Hersh

To me it looks like your site is all about not taking responsibility for your actions.

28. That's a valid opinion.
Unfortunately, you and I have a completely different opinion of what constitutes "irresponsible" when it comes to voting...

25. I know someone. He can't be talked out of it
A friend of my husband's. Says Republicans and Democrats are carbon copies, so he is once again voting Nader. There is no reasoning with this guy. He is originally from Boston (moved to GA 5 years ago). He thinks Kerry is way too conservative.

27. Kind of...
Florida.

He's made a deal, though. He's not going to the polls until 7:00, and if it's looking like a close race, he'll vote for Kerry to get Bush out. But if it's not close one way or another, he'll vote Nader. Seems like a reasonable compromise to me, and I'd encourage other swing-staters to try and strike the same deal with any Nader voters they know.
