4. There are a lot of RWers that do want privatized FDs and private FDs exist.

RWers are no fans of firefighters, ffs are public employees and unionized for the most part and the RW DOES NOT support them.

Since our population is clustered in large cities, 80% of us are protected by professionals - although 80% of communities are protected by volunteers, and the number of volunteers is in decline.

And these idiots should realize that "volunteer" companies aren't exactly free to the community - they depend on taxpayer funded training and other support.
