The Deficit Reduction Act of 2005, Section 2036
The Deficit Reduction Act of 2005, Section 2036 is the EXISTING LAW that requires individuals to provide PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP before they can receive federal aid (health care.)

This is in dispute of...
http://arkansasgopwing.blogspot.com/2009/08/no-restrictions-on-illegal-immigrants.html

.... which disputes the claim (as made by KO tonight) that HR 3200 sec. 246 states, "NO FEDERAL PAYMENT FOR UNDOCUMENTED ALIENS."

The righties claim that there is nothing in HR 3200 to enforce sec. 246, therefore, "Obama tryin' to let the messicans take over amerikuh!"

There's NO need for HR 3200 to explicitly require documentation because THERE IS ALREADY A LAW ON THE BOOKS THAT DOES SO!!!!!

I just spent over an hour researching this in an effort to refute someone who was making that claim. I thought you all might like some ammo in case you came across the same argument.

And if any of you GOOD DEMOCRATS try and dispute me on this, I will BOP YOU on the NOSE!!!! :spank:
