Probably the only "meat" that I miss. I realize it's mostly the spices, but I've never been able to re-create anything even close to those tastes.

I have that old hunter and gatherer blood (O+). I've been told that vegetarianism isn't for me, however, I've managed just fine. I did find that sausage could easily be substituted. But yes, it is the spices, but they taste especially good mixed with the animal fat in some meats.
