2. i remember watching an episode of Real Time with Mary Robinson on the panel
and also on the panel was Tony Snow, pre-diagnosis and pre-Bu$hCo Mouthpiece days.

i was struck by how interesting Robinson was to listen to, and how Snow was just being a loud macho Repuke a-hole who tried to talk over her and minimize her impact at every opportunity.

some things just stick in one's mind.

6. Isn't it great
to finally have a President who respects the concept of the Medal of Freedom and awards it to people who actually have helped the planet, instead of giving it out to cronies and contributors?

I was a little worried that Obama was gonna poke is eye out on the headdress! :toast:

Gosh, it's such a relief!!!!
