Lost in the current health care reform debate - that would be debate

The right wing nuts, the media's inflammatory & selective coverage....this has led to the left being positioned to defend
Obama & any health care reform at ALL.

Going toe to toe with the ridiculous, the dangerous, and inflammatory rheoteric brandished through the main stream media media,
we have lost the thread of the real debate.

Health care reform. RIGHT now is the time to debate the issue of the POLICY, and push for the best health care reform we can.
Currently, the public option stands in danger of being diluted to a useless political gesture of appeasement, and mandatory
health insurance stands to win over the real solution of single payer without any real discussion of the latters superiority.

We must step back for a second, take a breath, and regroup. Pelosi agreed to allow a vote on the floor of Congress for the
Single Payer Bill...

This is the best plan. Bar none.

We need to spend our energy calling our representatives, demanding the BEST solution to the crisis. Go their offices if you
can. Get a group together and write letters. Write editorials for the local papers. Email all your contacts and let them know to
do the same.

Tell them you want them to vote for HR626

We must stand up and make OUR voice heard.

If we fight as hard FOR good reform as the crazies do against any reform at all, we can will this battle. But, we must BEGIN to fight.

1. The content of policy discussion is seriously lacking

And, I do not undertand for the life of me, the unrecommending of this post.
