When Todd pointed out "but you MIGHT raise taxes" the President kinda tapped him on the elbow and said, "We have not proposed a tax hike FOR THE WEALTHY that would take place in the middle of a recession."

The man OWNS the space he's in ...... it's like how he tapped Uncle Joe on the back when he made the joke about Justice Roberts. He has this way of putting people in check if they're aggravting him or doing something he's not pleased by.

A lot of these guys have that quality to them. Which is why I don't have cable anymore (among other reasons).
