I found it on a conservative website so hold your breath, gag, and take a good quick look for your location:

We can't let this thing get taken over by a bunch of sick wingnuts. We must do our part for our country NOW.

1. Thanks for the link!! I see my congress person is being targeted..
Why, I have no idea, she is in a heavily Democratic area, and has the support of the voters on health care reform.

Also, this is in Massachusetts, where there is already a health care system for those who can't afford insurance.

What a waste.

2. My rep, Ed Perlmutter, has his meetings at the local supermarkets

They're called "Government in the Grocery". The next one is this Saturday when the store will no doubt be quite crowded at the start time of 1P.M. I hope that the location will keep the freaks in check.

9. I don't think medicare rates would work.
My wife works for an OB/GYN office and does some of their billing. They get $35 for an annual exam. This does not even pay for the fixed costs they incur (rent, equipment, staff salaries, etc.). While this is a loss, they take the patients as it is infill for gaps in their schedule and they make enough to offset the variable costs associated with the visit. If 100% of their patients were at medicare rates, they would have to shut the doors. However, I agree need to find a medium that does not stick it to the taxpayers.

5. This is information we need.
No meetings by my congressman, however.

And I loved this line from the website you posted the link to: watch the video and see "where constituents voice their concerns on healthcare reform." Voice their concerns?? Is that what shouting is called??
