I'm sitting here thinking how damned often I hear the people I used to go to church with, a former employer, and a family member (but no close friends, thank God) criticize that we have a liberal media and how they are sick of it.

This ridiculous media circus over President Obama's comment about the actions of a cop arresting a man for breaking into his own home, so-to-speak, is proof-positive that the corporations control the media and are intent on destroying Obama with ANY crumb of a story they can mangle. Yes, it was for disorderly conduct, but he got irate it sounds like to me because he apparently got no apology from the cop who could have calmed the situation by simply apologizing for the mistake and explained that they were responding to a call.

And my oh my, the paid media shills were just waiting for this! A black professor that knows Obama gets arrested by a white cop for disorderly conduct and Obama comes to his defense in an emotional response?

Talk about an Obama hater's wet dream! They'll talk about this for weeks on Faux Noise Channel, hell, months! And they'll bring it up at election time next year and '12.

LIBERAL MEDIA? Here's your proof that your accusation is full of crap! And frankly, those who are fully irate (not just a 'little annoyed', for I can understand that argument even if I don't agree) by his comments are showing themselves for the bigots they truly are. To get so angry about the president saying this shows a contempt for him being in the white house. And much like the Cambridge police union saying Obama was, 'dead wrong', smacks of hostility towards him being president of the United States.
