1. by your logic,we can never question the officer's actions
Near as I can tell he will not be on trial. He will not face charges. Hell, they may give him a fucking medal.

3. Cheney? Bush? Sometimes courts are merely pro forma.
However there is an inherent bias against cops here that's true.

6. Not so.

In the eyes of the court one is supposed to be presumed innocent until proven guilty - but if you have committed a crime you are actually guilty no matter what the court finds. If you have not committed any crime but are found guilty of committing one in a court you are guilty in the eyes of the court, but are actually innocent.

Actual innocence or guilt isn't dependent on a court.

7. I've got another one.
You're driving a bus. At the first stop, 10 people get on. At the second stop, 5 people get off and 3 get on. At the third stop, 7 people get off and 8 get on. At the fourth stop, 2 people get off and 3 get on. What is the name of the bus driver?

14. You're right.
I'm not qualified to be talking about abstract principles of justice like so.

15. You are not "talking about abstract principles like justice".
All you did was snark.

You let me know when Officer we won't tell you his name and his police incident report is a secret and has changed since it was leaked is charged with anything. Meanwhile Officer we won't tell you his name and his police incident report is a secret and has changed since it was leaked has not intersected with any principles of justice, abstract or concrete, in relation to this incident, other than his infliction of a humiliating arrest for being black in one's house on a certain Harvard professor. You let me know when Officer we won't tell you his name and his police incident report is a secret and has changed since it was leaked has his mug shot on the internets, 'kay?

11. Or, how could the President started by saying he did not have all the details
and then talk about the "stupidity?"

13. Is he in some danger of loss of life and liberty from government action?
I see no indication of a loss of presumed innocence, rather that his Mayor issued an apology for the 'stupid' action of the city's officer.
