He never seems to have learned the rule that words starting with vowels are preceded with "an" and words starting with consonants are preceded with "a". He precedes them all with "a".

Also seems to have a bit of a problem with subject-verb agreement when speaking off the cuff.

But the intelligence level, compared to what we had...well, no comment. :-)
