They choose among a number of private plans, they pay premiums like anyone else, they have co-pays like anyone else, and they are limited to the coverage their particular plan provides. If their particular plan allows plastic surgery then it's covered, but it would also be covered for a grade 2 clerk-typist (if there is such a thing in the government any more) who chose the same plan. And it would not a special deal just for Repukes to get "free" plastic surgery. Please ask Randy to cite exactly WHICH insurer offers FREE plastic surgery, so this retired Fed can switch.
