1. Wow, imagine if there was some real leadership behind single-payer
(which makes quite a bit more sense)

Then you would have great health coverage and a significant economic boost within reach.

2. Very good poll. It is obvious that people are worried about their own
health care being over regulated. As someone who has been covered under one or another government program for years I do not think this will happen. The only agency that I have heard that regulates health care is the VA. My SIL had trouble getting what he needed from them.

3. Those percentages say an awful lot. Folks want a public health
plan, but are probably a bit afraid due to the false horror stories about Canada and other countries' plans. But even at that they still want it. Interesting. They need to hear the truth about how well most of those plans work in other countries.

5. Precisely...Repubs paint are vey big LIE about how it is here in Canada (u guys NEED reform badly)
ideally single-payer but public option is just as good since it will ultimately lead to single payer.

Its funny how MSM controls the message since its clear that the people just dont fully know how much better healthcare is outside the US

4. This makes it obvious that at the very least, most Americans seem to want a plan with
a public option it in. Congress needs to get with the program.

6. DIFi said on CNN this morning, she doesn't think we have the votes for ANY
health care reform. One of the reasons she gave for not supporting health care reform right now is because California is in the shitter. Gee, who's fault is that Di? God I hate that horrid woman.
