People are stepping out of the narrative neocons had running for America and stepping into Obama's much brighter much more hopeful one.

2. They're afraid of something "positive" happening on Obama's watch

for which he MIGHT get a little credit (heaven for fend) instead of something massively negative happening that will kill him politically like with what happened to Bush (i.e. 9/11, Iraq, Katrina).

3. Obama has already faced something devastating (the recession). And he is still leadership of

a hopeful kind. It must get awfully tiring living a dark narrative all the time. Neocons must be asking themselves why they didn't bring up the political interfearance the USA did to Iran in the 1950s and apologize for it. I think it has freed up millions of Iranians to hope for something better than what they have.
