8:12 PM ET -- Mousavi camp says he's under house arrest. Via Foreign Policy's Blake Hounshell notes the latest post on Mousavi's official account on Twitter -- the only major social network that appears to still be functioning in Iran (if anyone knows why, email me). It reads: "Dear Iranian People, Mousavi has not left you alone, he has been put under house arrest by Ministry of Intelligence."
