Nothing makes sense about these results even including the microscopic amount of votes going to the 3rd and 4th place guys.

3. They got scared when the demonstrators started with the "Death to the Government" chants

They are determined not to have a run off election, with what has been happening over the last few days they feared losing control.

I don't think that they particularly like Ahmadinejad either, scared that they revolution would spawn self eating, French style.

4. If it is rigged it will lead to their downfall, it always does.

its the downward spiral of oppression, a group has to do more and more each year to defend oppression like vote stealing, to keep the new people that awaken (from not tolerating it) controlled.

7. If it is fraud, it is very poorly done fraud.
I suspect it is given the lopsided nature of these results.

9. That election was stolen. However, right-wing forces in America will say it is legitimate.

The many neo-cons and AIPACers in DU will portray the lopsided and fabricated pro-Ahmadinejad vote as legitimate and claim that dialogue with Iran should be abandoned.
