Here is the # 1 problem with Right Wingers
They can never, ever, ever admit they made a mistake or did something wrong. It is impossible for them to do.

I don't know why this is the case. Most of them supposedly live by a religion that is based on admitting you are wrong and not doing the same bad thing again.

You know when President Obama admitted that we did something wrong in 1953 in Iran their heads were exploding. It wasn't the fact that we did something wrong that bothers them, its the fact that the President had the audacity to say, yes we meddled in Iran. We did not live up to the values we profess.

They can never ever admit they made a mistake. EVER. You know why Cheney is out there defending the indefensible, because the man does not have the capability to admit, hey, I fucked up. I got wrapped up in this us being attacked thing and I reacted with anger instead of being rational. I acted out of fear. I did some really stupid things that broke the law.

3. Their number one problem is we keep rescuing them from the consequences of their policies.
Let's put all the Reich-Wingers and Paultards on an island somewhere and watch as they continues to deny Global Warming while the sea rises up and swallows them.

13. Yet when things go off the cliff under their leaders, they conveniently find ways
to continue to blame the left.

This ignorant, anti-reason même is larger and more dangerous than anything I've seen. It really has the capacity to send civilization into a sinkhole... if not destroy it.

4. This is also why they *must* deny climate change, at all costs
If the "eco hippies" were right about even one thing (or rather, if they actually acknowledge they were), then their entire rigid personality matrixes threaten to crumble (given that, for them, everything is simply black, or white).

12. And here I thought their number 1 problem was a total inability to THINK
If they could THINK, then much of what they spout on a daily basis would make as little sense to them as it does to the rest of us.

15. Read "The Assault on Reason".
That pretty much explains the mechanism by which on stupefies society.

As for your observation, I've made a game out of it at times. It's really fun to pin these morons to their egos and take their cash.

I'll tell you how if interested.

18. I don't know it this is the answer to your question
but what I see is they're not about truth. At least not a lot of them. They want things to be a certain way, and they'll say whatever they need to say or do almost anything to get it. Pathological liars begin to believe their lies. For many on the Right the end justifies the means.

21. It's a funny thing.
the inability to admit that one's wrong, which you attribute to the GOP, I've been attributing to cops for several years now.

Maybe I'm the only one who finds it funny... but I find that the "conservatives" of the GOP tend to find a lot more solace in the police than the "liberals" of the Democratic Party (I know I assume they're gonna hassle me whenever I see them, personally).
