How much did the Bush administration 'doctor' CIA reports/briefings?
with the run up to the infamous 16 words in Bush's State of the Union speech (this was also lightly referred to in Tenet's book). The poor CIA officials were reportedly had their documents doctored by Bush's aides. So with that in mind one would assume that all CIA briefings, reports might always be doctored during Bush and Cheney's reign. T or F?
