CRUSHING CHILDREN"S TESTICLES, a look inside Bush's war on terror
Edited on Tue May-05-09 10:54 PM by mikekohr
I posted the following on Democratic Talk Radio http://www.democratictalkradio.com/ on 1/10/2006. Where was the outrage two and a half years ago?
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I wish I was making this up. Read this transcript of John Yoo, a White House Counsel. What the hell is happening to our country?

Cassel: If the President deems that he’s got to torture somebody, including by crushing the testicles of the person’s child, there is no law that can stop him?
Yoo: No treaty.
Cassel: Also no law by Congress. That is what you wrote in the August 2002 memo.
Yoo: I think it depends on why the President thinks he needs to do that.

2. Other people aren't "real" to these bastards. Mutilate a child?
How do you reach a point of such disconnection from humanity and decency?

How do these people sleep at night?

3. They sleep very well (and in satin sheets, no less).

They are the new aristocrats (dimson called them "the have's and the have-more's", and they all chuckled at the "true" joke).

12. It doesn't surprise me that certain people can disconnect from humanity.
What surprised me was how vigorously and enthusiastically members of the Bush administration and the American public disconnected. They disconnected with relish. They had NO thought for the suffering of innocent Iraqis. Many of them were "pro-lifers" who didn't give a rat's ass that babies were being bombed and mutilated. Torture? "Meh -- it's not happening to me or my family."

It was SO disheartening and disappointing to see how much of the U.S. public was just so callous and detached. And to read about the high percentages of people who still support torture just makes me sick.

9. This and worse
is what Holder and Obama see as a mere policy difference. I am having big trouble with that part of it. They prosecute people for victimless crimes, which is a declaration that crushing a kid's testicles is, to them, less of a crime than not having auto insurance or smoking pot. The whole concept is sick to the core.

14. I think MSM is deliberately ignoring this story.
Most Americans are decent people and would be enraged if they were aware of this activity.

16. Actually I was screaming about it in all the political chat rooms
And I am still screaming for a trial for Bush and thugs. Its not just a crime..its a crime against all of America, it is treason, and if it doesn't go to trial pretty dang quick after all this evidence has come out.....its a sure sign we are doomed and have been totally sold out to the New World Order.

17. All the more reason for the powers that be to cover it up.
Otherwise that would be rocking the boat. Those responsible would be held accountable and there could be members on both sides of the aisle that are guilty. There must be some national security excuse to keep all this behind closed doors where it has kept for years now.
