Stimulus in Your State

Here in Nebraska, Sen. Johanns was on television talking against the stimulus package everyday and voted against it. Just two weekends ago people were picketing Ben Nelson's office because President Obama had ruined the country with the stimulus money.

However, this week I see story after story on the news about plans for the stimulus money! Everybody is happy! Renewable energy, jobs, roads!

2. Next week everyone will see an increase in their paychecks because of tax cuts.

EVERYONE!! Well, everyone that has a job. :(

3. Iowa had bids let and everything lined up to be ready.

They even started work on some of the highway projects the day after it was signed. They were removing trees in preparation for the road crews.

We still have a lot of flood damage leftover from Bush's regime.

I sure haven't heard any complaints from government or citizens.
