4. Really? I like Paula. She was left by her husband with no means to

financially support herself and then decided to open a restaurant and it went from there. She is very down to earth and was extremly nice to Michelle when she came on. Yes, she is from the south but not all people from there are "bad". I say that as a yankee from Connecticut!

Her cooking drives me nuts - all that fat and high calorie stuff and poor nutritional balance.

But she reminds me of my Home Ec teacher so she is a reminder of my youth. Otherwise, I probably would never watch her.

she reminds me of her. It's that friendly and open personality that also loves to laugh and make others laugh.

Her food is deadly (she adds a stick of butter to almost everything), but the lady is a joy and her laughter is infectious.
