Playboy removes article alleging Santelli's rant was orchestrated

Recently, two Playboy magazine bloggers claimed that Rick Santelli's now famous rant against the mortgage relief plan had been part of a conspiracy between Santelli and a powerful right-wing family--the Koch family.

Now, the Playboy article has been removed from the site.

The progressive-leaning CJR website called Playboy's "conspiratorial piece" that "way overreached to claim Santelli’s rant was a premeditated part of a conservative PR effort tied to the Koch family."

Gibbs, Olbermann and Cenk all misrepresented the facts, but who cares.
