She is on with Chris Matthews right now claiming that people who "provide jobs for other people every day" will see Obama as "declaring class warfare" on them tonight. And she even defended Jindal's Katrina comment and said "Bobby Jindal and I are both people of color, and black people turned on the tv during Katrina and knew already that you couldn't depend on the government for everything." Joan Walsh and Chris Matthews basically went "WTF? Who thinks that you can depend on the government for everything?" I agree with Chris that those who constantly deride the role of federal government in people's lives should um, STAY OUT OF IT.

She got really flustered after Joan Walsh disagreed with her "class warfare" BS (which honestly, Bernard always does. But I have to say, her Katrina defense surprised me) and I almost thought she was going to go back to it after they had moved on.
