1. That confirms................
my suspicions that the post convention polls were rigged to show a positive bounce for Bush. They let a little water out of the pool of responders, polled more Republicans and expected us to get all gooey about it. NOT!

2. Coming from the WSJ, this probably means that Kerry
is actually ahead by 5 or 6 points.

6. The Wall Street Journal is more than just Republican-leaning...
you ought to read their editorial page sometime. It's over in creepy quasi-fascist territory.

in order to register to read one linked editorial.

10. Their reporting is often decent (they DO have to give serious
news to serious people) but their editorial page is a travesty.

13. The WSJ editiorial page is majorly right-wing.
But the news side is much more objective.

5. Lou Dobbs poll 9/15 had Kerry by over 80% to take us in right direction
I loved it last night when at the end of his show on CNN, Lou Dobbs gave the result of his poll as to which candidate viewers felt was most likely to take the country in the right direction (or something to that effect) and it was over 80% for Kerry!

16. Well, of course it's the first you've heard..
Don't be silly! If the media were to utter the words "Kerry leads" their tongues would fall out!!! Then how would they be able to tell us how robust the economy is becoming?

12. But I thought it was going to be a landslide, that's what Tweety said!
Wasn't Tweets asking if the Dems would have won with a better/another candidate as if the election was over?

The polls these days are such a bunch of rigged nonsense - published to INFLUENCE public opinion - not to REFLECT it!!
