KERRY TO SEIZE ON NATIONAL INTEL ESTIMATE STORY: According to Kerry communications director Stephanie Cutter, Sen. John Kerry will use his remarks to the National Guard Association in Las Vegas to seize on a New York Times report that the CIA warned Bush in July that prospects in Iraq are very bleak, ABC News' Dean Reynolds reports.

"The president will address the conference at 12:15 p.m., Tuesday and Sen. Kerry will speak at noon Thursday. All conference business meetings and a more than 200,000-square-foot exhibition of defense-related products and services will be in the Las Vegas Convention Center."
