He knows the truth about what's in those records or "was in" those records. But, he has no plans on coming forth with the truth. Because if he did, it would show him to be a petty, arrogant, rich kid who has lied and deceived his way to the highest office in the land. He knows all the tricks. He has friends in high and low places. They will take care of business for him. They will protect him from those that would try to expose his checkered and questionable past. He will discredit and destroy anyone that tries to tell the truth about his past.

Meanwhile, he will smile and smirk and continue doing his "job" -retending no one will ever find out what kind of person he really is and ever-ready to lie and cover for any story that might shine the light on his sordid past. He will demand that his dissenters prove it. He will take half the non-believers and let the other half go their own direction. So long as nothing is proven in court, it never happened. He probably sleeps very peacefully.
