3. A good picture of President Obama, behind him is another

president and Illinois resident Ulysses S. Grant. I pray though that President Obama is far more successful in his term than the 18th president.

8. I look at these pics and see him on TV and think:

wow, he's really the POTUS.


It's like between the difficulty of the campaign, the greatness of the reality, and the contrasting horribleness of the last administration, I can't quite process Obama being the president of the United States yet.

Reminds me why I can't stand Leroy Neiman's paintings.

I guess they are supposed to be impressionistic but to me they are slop.

14. EVERYone loves him!

Look at Pelosi, Reid, reporters, other "extras" - even Boehner (though he always looks like he could bit off a piece of his tongue and spit it out! I think that's him in #9...I guess you'd call that "tough love.")

This man is simply PRECIOUS. He is precious to everyone who knows of him. You can see it in their expressions when they look at him.

Funny - one more similarity with ol' Abe: BIG EARS! :)

PS I love that painting of Lincoln, though I typically prefer watercolor.
