Pretty sickening when the Republican leadership is more responsive to a right wing radio blowhard than doing what is right for the American people and the economy.

1. Especially with Republicans trying desperately to distance themselves from Rush

5. They really are. Can they even find someone to take over the RNC?
Does anyone besides a radio shockjock want to step up and be the face of that party? Doesn't seem so.

4. Which goes to show why Buchanan-Limbaugh-Hannity 'Licanism . . .
is doomed. No brains, no heart, no credibility outside an increasingly marginalized and despised subset of voters.

Now I'm not in favor of creating yet another underclass, but in the case of whacko fucktards I'm willing to make an exception.

7. I don't mind this one bit. I hope it is repeated again and again until it becomes a MSM meme
it will finally make the Repub Congress Critters abandon his rhetoric, talking points and smears, out of sheer embarrassment!

Keep repeating it Buchanan, and watch your party sink further than it already has!

8. I'm hoping this is a good thing...
Rush Limbaugh has always sickened me, and if Obama's taking him on directly keeps Rush in the limelight, is it possible that a large number of Americans, even those who aren't DU members, will find him sickening as well? I know the King of Oxycontin (sp.?) has a loyal audience who believe everything he says, but we'll never convert them anyway. I'd like to think that the limelight will function just like the light you switch on in the kitchen at 2AM to expose cockroaches. I'm praying that a large number of Americans (who have never bothered with Limbaugh OR Air America ) will see that big fat cockroach scuttling around their kitchen and go, "EEEEEEUUUYEUGJ!"

10. Good! I like it when Pat switches into 'Honesty Mode" and tells us what is going on
He is paid by MSNBC to parrot the Republican views and talking points. It is mostly an act for him. Occasionally he will shift gears and tell you what he really knows or really thinks.
