Obama’s First Week: Mission Accomplished!

With absolutely no apologies given to the progenitor of the infamous banner, President Obama has completed the most audacious, stunningly effective first week of the US Presidency in history. With several executive orders and speeches, Obama has single-handedly transformed the Executive Office from one of worldwide disdain to that of enrapturing hope and austerity.

On Week 1, President Barack Hussein Obama:

1. Reversed most of criminal George Bush’s executive orders that rewarded corporate cronyism and enriched his oil baron buddies.
2. Closed Guantanamo Bay
3. Outlawed criminal Bush-mandated torture of prisoners of war and started the legal process to return the rights of certain detainees
4. Established a deadline for withdrawing US troops from Iraq, over the objections of the Bush-led republican/military/industrial complex yahoos
5. Signed an executive order to emancipate women worldwide for abortion purposes, reversing another criminal George Bush draconian edict
6. Told the republican party to go to hell, dissing Rush Limbaugh in the process, in preparation for establishing the most significant, breathtaking economic policy in the history of the world

These are just for starters. In addition, his team is at work on several other avenues. Most significantly, Obama is working on:

1. Creating a plan to nominate progressive judges (as I predicted in an earlier post). In addition, his team is looking at considering recent bar exam graduates, bypassing the corporate malfeasance that many attorneys succumb to, which hinders a judge’s ability to render fair and constitutional decisions
2. Work with Nancy Pelosi on how the Executive branch could assist the House on negating republican influence on bills that Obama wants fast-tracked, especially with regard to taxation, transportation, energy, and environmental issues
3. Ensuring that the proper research and documentation is prepared to reverse many republican-draconian measures that put unconstitutional encroachments on citizens, particularly journalists and other liberal/progressive individuals.
4. Assigned a multitude of people to the Middle East to start a REAL peace outreach to many countries formerly rebuffed by the “democracy-building” war mongerers of the criminal Bush Administration.

One week. Seven days. And already I sense a LOT more accomplishments than have occurred since Bill Clinton was president.

I wonder what the second week will bring. I look to it with open arms, open mind, and open heart. Gobama!!
