Edited on Mon Jan-26-09 08:41 PM by bigdarryl
They are basically trying to blackmail him into committing on not going after anyone in the Bush Administration on anything that maybe wrong doing. Arlen Specter is the main one leading this charge. Anyone have his Senate phone number to call his office it's time for DU to jump on this hook line and sinker. The only ones I hear talking about this is Joe Madison and Randy Rhodes.

3. The stimulus package is taking up air time
After that they probably will. They're going to have to talk about it eventually because the spot needs to be filled. And it will cause a big fuss if Holder ISN'T seated.

4. The media is not interested in the workings of justice
If they were they would have not spent most of Gibbs first presser asking about TV cameras and oaths and impossible pay cuts.

I've started to notice they play down the fact the it is Republicans who are obstructing Obama. When Democrats voiced opposition to some parts of the stimulus 2 weeks ago, the media made sure we know that Senate Dems were pissed. Now all I hear on CNN is how "some in the senate" are opposed.
