3. An Iraq vet here at work was saying he was shocked

that Obama is actually doing some of the things he promised. I'm like kind of you, I'm not really surprised that Obama is acting this quickly ( he has proved to mean what he says), but it is so odd that I cant help but be amazed.

The military is the group that has fought against torture, it has been the CIA that is responsible for it. The military has been caught in the middle, the "grunts" have been between a rock and a hard place, they have been told that the CIA exec orders from the president overrule the USAFM
