Why did Bush not take the physical exam in the NG? Robert Rogers is a retired 1st Lieutenant who said that it was possible that the reason that the chimp didn't take his physical was because of drugs. This is the guy who told her they had implemented the random drug tests at the time the chimp served. He did not know the chimp.

Tweety is pulling names out of the book and asking if they knew the chimp PERSONALLY. This is not going to be good. :(
