Does anyone know the exact time of Obama's swearing-in, tomorrow?
I've seen the official schedule that says the ceremony begins at 10:00 AM. Then, there's a brunch listed at 11:00 AM and the inaugural address, at noon. I have a limited window of time during which I can have the TV on, at work, tomorrow, so I have to time it just right. Bush's term expires at noon, right? Will Obama be sworn in, right at noon, or at some time before noon? I've searched Google and DU but haven't found an exact time.
