Fox News: Bush COMMUTES sentences of convicted Border Patrol agents

This has been a cause celebre among conservatives. Former Agents Ignacio Ramos and Jorge Compean are serving prison terms for shooting an illegal alien smuggling marijuana, and then trying to cover up the evidence.
