Open for Questions and Citizen's Briefing Book? I am currently very confused and somewhat suspicious.

Although the submission time has expired on both rounds of "Open for Questions" (OFQ), I see posts on "Citizen's Briefing Book" (CBB) from as recently as yesterday. Yet it's at least implied in CBB's verbiage that the questions collected there are from OFQ - and if not, what was the purpose of OFQ?

Open for Questions top questions:
http://change.gov/page/content/20081211_openforquestions
Citizen's Briefing Book top questions:

I still find Bob Fertik's question on OFQ (sorry, can't link directly, but it's near the top), although not answered, but not on CBB. I searched CBB for it with various phrases from the question, nothing.
"Will you appoint a Special Prosecutor - ideally Patrick Fitzgerald - to independently investigate the gravest crimes of the Bush Administration, including torture and warrantless wiretapping?" -Bob Fertik, New York City

On CBB, there are a number of questions about investigation of BushCo, but none that seems to be gaining much traction. You *can* link directly to CBB, it seems, (you couldn't on OFQ), so I'm going to post what I *think* is a link to some:

Perhaps we should pick the one with the most votes currently and rate it up? You can't sort by rec's, but you *can* sort by comments. I'm posting links to a couple that I *think* are the highest rated at the moment - subject to correction by anyone with a decent connection who can do this faster than I can:

http://citizensbriefingbook.change.gov/ideas/viewIdea.apexp?id=087800000004mLL&srPos=7&srKp=087&srS=1

Here is a good one that is somewhat related:

And I am still very confused about the relation between OFQ and CBB, if anyone could enlighten me.

At least you can link directly to the questions to CBB, so let's have at it!

Edited for better bait, er, subject.... ;)
