11. I've always so admired Dolly for doing what SHE wanted and still remaining such a sweet soul.

Great article. I read it and got all choked up. I think my Obama-induced mushiness is spreading. I'm going to be a MESS tomorrow.

3. This is driving me crazy
I've watched the HBO taping three times now and I never see this eagle. I even went back to the original thread and it is mentioned right after Bono but on HBO it goes straight to Barack. I'm just perplexed.....wasn't it taped live?

4. I saw the eagles on HBO.
But when did John Legend perform? I saw a glimpse of him at the end when all were onstage, but can't find his performance!

James Taylor bores me to tears, so I fast-forwarded through him. I guess I'll have to watch him if I want John Legend! Thanks :)

6. Yes, they did some severe editing it appears
and I thought it was poorly done because the part with Challenger was really thematically important. The showing and exhibiting of the Eagle and it's opening of it's wings was almost a highlight I thought. I am sad that they cut it and James Taylor also.

9. Thanks for the info, and thanks to Dolly for the good work that she's done
for these birds. I get to see eagles pretty regularly, living near the Missouri river, and it's always a thrill.

12. DAY OF SERVICE-SUGGESTION-DONATE TO WWW.EAGLES.ORG
IF YOU HAVE DONE NOTHING TODAY, I THINK MAKING A DONATION TO THIS SITE, HOME OF CHALLENGER THE EAGLE, IS JUST A SUGGESTION.
