1. Wow, that might be the only time...
I've ever seen Tiger look kinda nervous. I'd be shitting bricks if I had to speak in front of that many people. And I'd be shitting bricks if I had to play golf in front of as many people as he does, but that is his element and he relishes it. He did a great job with the speech. :)

2. I remember Tiger saying that he was "impressed" by Obama, but not much more
Oh, wait, didn't some Rethug try to dismiss Obama as the Dem's Tiger Woods?

4. Yup!
Father was leader in Special Ops, imagine the discipline.
Now I know where tiger got the mental discipline from...

6. And here is another thing...
His mother is Buddhist and Tiger is too. That helps his concentration. His dad would yell at him and throw things at him while he was practicing to help him concentrate. He'd make him go hit balls out in the pouring rain to help him deal with anything he might face in a tournament. Tiger has actually said that although his dad was pretty stern with him, he did have a soft spot for him. He claims his mother is actually the cutthroat one. He is a special person with a special background, much like Barack.
