question about presidential pardons
there's obviously a reason why pelosi and the rest never pursue impeachment, idictments, etc on the * cabal, and i had a thought this morning about it.

the presumed reason is that they're more than likely complicit, but is there a possibility that maybe they never did, because if these fools were ever convicted then * could just pardon them.

are they waiting until his powers of pardon are gone to move on these people? can shrub grants pre-emptive pardons?

basically, can he give blanket immunity with his pardon powers for those he feels may be prosecuted or investigated?

i'm unclear on the rules of this stuff.

1. A lot of Democrats were complicit with shit the Bush administration did. One of many reasons there
will never be any investigation/charges.

2. Nixon was not under indictment or convicted of anything when Ford
pardoned him.

He was pardoned for all crimes that may or may not have been committed between 1969-1974.

4. The only limit to his pardon powers is he
can't pardon impeachment.
