If Bush goes to jail will it change anything he has done? No. It won't reverse a damn thing that has happened in the last 8 years, the damage was done. I would make it seem that I probably WASN'T going to investigate. Especially before I'm even sworn in. I might even keep up the charade for a while, but then ultimately be "convinced" by the preponderance of evidence, that investigation and prosecutions may in fact be necessary. But that's just me and I'm nowhere near as smart as Obama.
