We must get behind ALL Democratic candidates

Including folks running for Congress and for state offices. These folks help Kerry get out the message-and the truth-about the Rethugs in power. Jan Judy is an excellent example. She's running for Congress in northwest Arkansas, and she's hammering away at John Boozman, who is on the Veteran's Affairs Committee and who has not voted to help the military or veterans one bit! In this part of the state, there are many vets and many active duty people, and her message is hitting home. Her actions will not only help her in the race for Congress, but also help Kerry as folks around here become aware of the hypocrisy of the Republicans.

So get out there today and help your local candidates!

not even going to bother to look at who all is running for what, or even bothering to see if the other side has the better candidate, just select the straight democratic ticket this year.

2. an interesting link

I came across this while doing a google search on Zelma Blakes from Monroe, LA, one of my favorite "little known" democratic candidates for congress.
Howie Klein who wrote this article is recommending a process I've been following...since I live in California and can't travel all over the place, I simply have picked a few candidates and send small checks with a few words of encouragement to each of them. There seem to be quite a few lists around to choose from.
Not much I realize, "but every penny makes a pound" (or something like that)

4. I have voted a straight democratic ticket since Nixon.

Nothing the republicans have done since Nixon has warranted their further consideration. They are beyond a doubt the largest organized criminal conspiracy in the US. I would prefer none of them in office anywhere.
