(that is: be prosecuted) for the death, devastation and destruction caused by Bush's illegal war or will the country move foward, acknowledge and forgive?

What happens if and when a future administration commits war crimes?

2. How DOES BushInc operate and manage to get their way for DECADES?
I would guess that Obama has to be somewhat aware what his lifespan and that of his family would be if he crosses the Bushes blatantly. I will hope that once in office he feels courage that only a few Dems have ever shown in taking on BushInc.
