Eisenhower), tennis (Ford, Carter, George H.W. Bush), jogging (Clinton, Carter and both Bushes), swimming (Ford), bowling (Richard Nixon), horseshoes (George H.W. Bush) and horseback riding (Reagan).

The question is how much activity did it involved and how regularly was it performed. Most of the above would not be much. Horseshoes? Horseback riding? What the hell are they smoking?

Reagan: 2 terms...died, Alzheimer's, (general old age as well)

Clinton: 2 Terms...doing fine after heart surgery due to habits long before he became president.

bush: 2 terms...looks like he's going to be around a while after he leaves the WH, as the worst president of all time.

Relatively recent dead:

Eisenhower: 2 terms, did just fine after leaving WH.

FDR: 3+ terms...died in office from cerebral hemorrhage.

Nixon: 1+ terms: Died in shame, but of natural causes well after he resigned.
