I watched "W" speak at the photo op in complete and coherent sentences without sounding like a yahoo. He was very gracious to Obama and not overbearing or swaggering at all.

This happens occasionally and when it does it scares me even more than when I hear from the real GWB - I'm at least used to HIM.

So WHO is this guy and where's the real "W" right now?
