For those DUers with constitutional/senatorial protocols, can people do anything to unseat Reid
as Senate Majority leader? I know the Senate is a club, but we elect the members of the club. He is a useless waste of DNA.

Vote for the Republican in 2010 if you live in his state.

2. Or, better yet
vote him out in the primary. I swore yesterday to donate and raise money for, and may even fly out to Nevada to volunteer for, anyone who will run against him in next year's primary.

A backbencher, of any party, can do less damage to the Democratic agenda than Reid can do in leadership.

4. We *can* replace Reid with another Democrat in the 2010 primaries n/t

Even if he pulls a Lieberman, as an independent he would be disqualified from holding any caucus leadership position, by virtue of not being a Democrat.
