..... he's looking at him speaking as if to say, "you are such a F-ing idiot."

And then he casually says to him, "I love this rug!"

And in watching it again, Dubya says something along the lines of "I want to thank PE Obama for joining myself and the ex-presidents for lunch" and suddenly Bill has this look on his face as if to say, "and yeah, most of us were even chosen by the American People!"
