3. Other: He is a Bush Booster
He never spoke out against the executive power-grabs of the Bush administration; indeed, he expressed cautious approval along the lines of, "We need a strong president." Now he is pissing and moaning when asked by Obama to seat his replacement? That merits a show of teeth and claws, while "unary executive priviledge," torture, illegal wiretaps and secret prisons did NOT?

And as a side question: Would "Bush Booster" be the same as a suppository?

5. What about when he does the opposite of what he says he believes?
Like seating Burris or getting the auto-bailout passed?
