Feel good moment of the day--
Any time you get uptight, or wound around the axle today...

Remember. We are replacing THIS: (Wannabe)

With HIM: (Oh most DEFINITELY!)

Let's not lose sight of the fact that we now have a soon to be sworn in president that is loved WORLDWIDE and he hasn't even taken his oath yet.

Imagine how wonderful it will be to finally ease the anxiety for those that travel...I personally have friends who say they are Canadian when overseas, so they don't get treated differently.

Imagine for a moment, the ability to hold your head up once again. Look at our future, being written even as we sit here in our jammies drinking our coffee click clacking away on the keys.

Just lean back and sigh:
Less than two weeks left to go folks. Ain't it grand?

2. And, if you're still cranky (albeit for a multitude of good reasons)...
Have a look at this and I dare you not to chuckle. It's not political at all. I thought this was a good place to insert for a much-needed chuckle, for those who may have missed it:

3. I'm relieved to have Obama and Biden at the wheel.
Men with common sense and intelligence. No matter what happens, we have a much better chance with them than anyone in a long time.

I was thinking last night how doomed I would feel if we were about to inaugurate those two RW numbskulls we defeated. (Thank God!)

The economic problems we have are almost worth that - and I say that as someone who will likely be swept away by them very soon. I'd still feel that way, if that happens.

.... whoops, I had vowed to stop singing that in public.

Sorry.

I really need to photoshop a cowboy hat onto the Silver Fox.
