Has Congress Counted the Electoral Votes Yet?
Barack will not be OFFICIALLY OFFICIALLY declared the winner until Congress meets in a joint session and counts the electoral votes. Then "Cheeney" has to get up and say, "Barack Obama won, blah, blah, blah."

I can find lots of news articles saying it was SUPPOSED to happen today but no actual mention that it did. I've also found a couple of articles that say it's supposed to happen on Thursday.

Anyone know?
