Documents: Almost immediately questioned by lawyer with Republican ties, distributed by White House without comment to reporters.... Keith says it is suspicious.

EDIT 1: Planted by risky GOP? Dumb Dems? Political analyst says that's crap.

EDIT 2: Would anyone have the guts to do this, specifically GOP? Analyst says it stretches imagination, CBS is credible and would not knowingly put fake docs out.

EDIT 3: Keith says anything can get past a news operation. Invokes Jayson Blair. Wouldn't a faker trying to hurt Bush thing about typefaces? Out of date refs to retired colonel? Political analyst says this campaign is a series of high school pranks, debating 'Nam when Iraq news suggests a NEW vietnam.
