Why try and over scrutinize four memos typed up back in the '70s to determine if Bush met his requirements for service or not. If the issue is primarily over his piss test nothing is going to get solved. If the issue is specific to proving whether he was able to show up for duty, simply look at his vacation record today. Hell, he's got an uphill climb daily to schedule in work between his napping and early bedtime. This election year stumping's got to be killing him.
